The thing that defines human personalities is that they are constantly comparing themselves to one another.
One might say, you are obsessed. You have to wear a certain kind of clothes, drive a certain car, speak a certain way, whatever, All of it so you can be higher on a invisible hierarchy.

Love is a double-edged sword. It is the source of strength and hope when helping the one you love during times of crisis. But it is also the source of pain and anguish during those times of crisis. To not hurt is to not love.
OUT OF CONTROL
As long as we’re living for ourselves, and our lives are about us, we will strive to control everything around us. The more self protecting we are, the more controlling we are.
Unfortunately, the more we try to control the world around us, the more out of control our world becomes.
When we live our lives for no greater purpose than ourselves, we end up being controlled by the fears of failure and rejection.
Who are the people in your world that cause you the most pain?
When they confront you, how do you normally react?
Linger too long in the disgusting odor of your hurt and you’ll smell like the toxin you despise.
